  I recently met Louise Mehan, the practice manager from the Wallsend My Dentist practice at a wedding exhibition I was attending. She was at the exhibition promoting the Phillips Zoom Teeth Whitening procedure they offer.
  
  I had my teeth whitened 15 years ago back in 2002, shortly after leaving the Big Brother House and although I was happy with the results, it wore off eventually. It didn’t help that I was a smoker back in those days. So 15 years on and now a non-smoker, I decided to try it out.
  
  On the day of my procedure I was greeted by 2 lovely receptionists before being given a full oral examination by Josie & Lisa. They then handed me over to Jenna, the dentist who would be carrying out the treatment, assisted by Valerie. Josie explained what the whole procedure entailed and how it works. As is the case with most people, I’m not a big fan of the dreaded dentist chair but this time I felt totally at ease to the point that I actually fell asleep during the procedure.
  
  I am now the proud owner of a full set of bright white Bobby Dazzlers. Not a Ross from the sitcom ‘Friends’ white, but a nice bright natural white. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t stop smiling! My sister (an ex dental nurse) said she’d never seen such a good result.
  
  Thank you to everyone at My Dentist – Wallsend for your professionalism and amazing service and a special thank you to Louise Mehan, Practice Manager for introducing me to the Phillips Zoom Procedure. I can’t recommend you guys enough to family, friends and colleagues.
